Great opportunity for a customer focused Supervisor to join our Hardware team located at our Glenelg site.

The Role

As the Hardware Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Hardware department and team.

This is a permanent part-time position of 37.5 hours per week. You must have the ability to work across a 7-day roster, including public holidays.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a supervisory role and delegating workloads to others
  • Maintaining high levels of team productivity and housekeeping
  • Ongoing store and team development and improvement
  • Monitoring customer service levels to ensure we provide GREAT service and advise customers on products and service
  • Implementing and monitoring promotional activity and merchandising of existing and new products
  • Minimising stock loss and shrinkage throug
