Supply Chain Coordinator (Commercial)

We have recently launched the innovative LumiraDx Platform, and are looking for proactive, experienced, focused and enthusiastic individuals who can make a significant contribution to the continued growth and success of our dynamic and forward-looking company.

Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Coordinator (Commercial), you will be part of a friendly team and play a very important role in liaising between product vendors, third party logistics and cross functional teams to support the supply chain processes (procurement to pay and order to cash processes).

 Key Areas of Responsibility

• Coordinating purchasing of inventory with vendors (3rd Party & affiliates)
• Execution of tasks in scope & processes against set targets and measures
• Support the company’s continuous improvement process
• Manage inbound product-flow relevant tasks cross-functionally; liaising between vendors and external service providers (warehouse and transport - third party logistics)
• Manage outbound product flow relevant tasks with customer service, technical support and sales teams, along with third party logistics
• Actively support and coordinate Inventory management and inventory control processes
• Actively support continuous improvement of Supply Chain (relevant processes in Europe)

About You

• Experience of Supply Chain (in Life Sciences & Healthcare a plus)
• Experience with Import/Export processing & International Trade
• Experience with ERP & CRM systems (NetSuite or similar)

• Strong team worker
• Experience of dealing with complaints
• Solution orientated approach
• Fluency in the English language is essential
• A positive attitude and problem-solving skills, even in challenging situations
• An ability to work well under pressure
