The Role:

We are looking for an experienced supply chain professional to lead and manage our Supply Chain team based in Perth. As our Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee day-to-day supply chain activities, work closely with our Process Improvement team to optimise productivity through process improvements, mentor and inspire a talented team, and ensure we provide exceptional service to our stores around the world.

What We Expect:

  • Engaging leader who can partner with business stakeholders to understand how the supply chain supports strategic and tactical plans
  • Passionate and engaged leader who will continue to develop and grow a talented team
  • Proficient in making data-based decisions and building actionable insights using BI tools
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking with scenario modelling to inform business decisions for inventory planning, factory load balancing and cash flow
  • Partner with business leaders and staff to understand the service levels expected from our stores
  • Develop responsive, customer focussed solutions in a complex environment
  • Lead continuous improvement programs, reducing waste, improving service levels, and improving financial performance

What We Are Looking For:

  • 8+ years’ experience within logistics, inventory, purchasing or supply chain management
  • APICS qualification (CSCP, CPIM) highly desirable
  • Process driven with a strategic mindset
  • Qualification in, or experience with Lean Six Sigma highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success within a wholesale/retail/manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - advanced Excel preferable
  • Advanced interpersonal skills interacting with leadership and building solid and trusted working relationships across the organization, both locally and globally
  • A strong aptitude to learn in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Keen ability to ensure projects are on track for completion to plan; able to flag risks and anticipate needs in a proactive manner
  • Ability to drive change, adapt and respond to business needs
  • Thorough, research driven approach and a willingness to consult and collaborate with others (both locally and globally) to overcome obstacles and achieve the best results
