The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for production planning, production procurement , inventory management, and logistics readiness and execution for all external manufactured products. Executing a rigorous S&OP process, the Supply Chain Manager will ensure sustained product supply, meet inventory turns target, achieve On time In Full and Line Item Fill Rate metrics and execute and communicate What If scenarios for management review and decision-making.
All incumbents are responsible for follow ing applicable Division & Company policies and procedures .
Scope of Authority – span of control (work unit, site, department, division , etc. ) , monetary value of budget/spend authority ( capital, operating , etc. ), P&L responsibility, etc.
Managing the production planning, production procurement and inventory management of multiple CMOs
Key Accountabilities - key outcomes/deliverables, the major responsibilities , and % of time

Utilizing SAP ECC, create, issue and maintain all Purchase Orders associated with the MPP. Rigorously maintain correct PO data (delivery date, quantity, cost , etc) and status

Inventory Management & Reconciliation
Utilizing SAP ECC, each month record snapshot of inventory in virtual SAP plants, comparing and reconciling any differences first with CMO, vetting inventory write-offs with management for approval

Logistics Readiness & Execution
Lead monthly Supply Operations Master Production Plan Review Meeting. Present Sales vs Forecast, detail Firm Fence production/supply progress at CMO, recommend new POs, present forecast of production outside Firm Fence , present What If scenarios
Lead CMO Supply Operations m eeting s . Lead discussion and issue resolution of supply chain activities to ensure sustained product supply. Contributor to the Change Control process/program .
Education & Experience
Minimal acceptable leve l of education, work experience an d certification s required for the job
Proficiency in a body of information required for the job
e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP /GCP , Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
