In the dynamic and challenging world of medical sales, this position is an integral team member contributing to the success of our business. You will take ownership of your role by partnering with and supporting our internal and external clients on the following matters:

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 3PLs and assists team in the achievement of goals/ commitments regardless of obstacles
  • Manage & coordinate consignment inventory and liaise with both internal (sales and management) and external (hospitals, 3PLs staff and Freight agent) stakeholders as appropriate to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage and coordinate for demand planning and forecasting of high moving, slow moving and back order with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits
    • Provide input to the demand planning in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
    • Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
    • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
    • Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between consignment stock, usage stock and records
    • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
    • Monitor and ensure orders are processed and entered accurately into the system.
    • Provide input to the Demand Planning in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
    • Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
    • Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
    • Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.
  • Manage warehouse , cycle count and transportation team
  • Works under immediate supervision and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle process and activities that relate to product and Quality issues, such as product complaints, on hold, recall and etc. and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure the issue have been solve.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Handle overall process of all activities relate to capital equipment for installation, report product maintenance base on schedule.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Qualification, Skills & Knowledge:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in inventory, supply chain , a successful track record of handling all types of customer accounts.
  • Good communication skills in English and Thai (writing, listening and speaking)
  • Customer service minded, positive attitude, self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations , and service mind
  • Able to do multi-task and detail documentation work.
  • Detail oriented with proven analytical and accuracy skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Familiarity with medical device industries customer needs, inventory management concepts, practices and procedures
  • Experience using SAP to identify customer accounts, set up shipments and customer history.
  • Proficient with computers and other standard office technology , and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with SAP enterprise resource planning software
  • Bachelor’s Degree
