We are seeking a Support Engineer with development skills and passionate about solving problems, providing technical support for our custom applications, as well as maintaining and developing new features and using technology to modernize monitoring tools in Cloud platforms. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.


• Provide technical support for our custom applications on-premise and Cloud, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Weekend Duty once every 15 days.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions
• Maintain and develop new features for our custom applications
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure that our custom applications are up-to-date and meet the needs of our customers
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to the development team
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in software development
• Develop/maintain software applications (Java, JavaScript, Rust) using design patterns and Object Oriented best practices
• Configure continuous integration, static code analysis tools and build process for your software, as well as installing and deploying the same in end customers or in cloud based solutions, automating the process as much as possible
• Collaborate and support other team members in your area of expertise. Spread the knowledge


• Fluent oral and written English
• 5+ years of experience working with the Java stack, preferable with Springboot
• Well versed in Object-oriented programming
• Have familiarity working in Agile environments
• Previous experience with Maven, Sonarqube and continuous delivery tools, such as Jenkins or Bamboo
• Previous experience developing with Springboot
• Experience with REST Services
• Should have experience with microservices and Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• JavaScript and JavaScript-frameworks experience is a plus
• Experience using Spring Cloud is a plus
• Experience with Rust language is a plus plus
• Former experience with Avaya products and platforms is a plus

• Teamwork skills are a must: communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration, team awareness

• Graduated in Software Engineering, computer Science or similar
• Industry certifications: Java Certified Programmer, Architect or similar; AWS, GCP or Azure certifications are very valuable

Weekend Duty once every 15 days.
