The User Solutions Team ensures our employees can have maximum productivity at all times, so they can put their focus towards improving the markets. We are looking for a Support/Service Desk Engineer to be member of our Support squad, standing as the primary point of contact to our users on their requests and incidents related to IT and Trading Technology.
This is an exciting role where you’ll work on a large Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration and be responsible for replacing the technology on hundreds of machines across the business.
