  • Understanding of the impact of service outages upon our clients.
  • Ability to detail status of issues/outages in appropriate areas.
  • Availability at all times.
  • Restoration ASAP.
  • Proactive to spot trends and offer suggestions.
  • Comfortable to escalate.


The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about IT production support and:


  • Windows and Linux servers, CI/CD/Containerization, scripting/coding, work experience within a development environment.
  • Proficiency with technologies including: AWS, Web hosting, TCP/IP Networking, Windows Active Directory, SQLServer and MS Terminal Server.
  • Have hands-on experience with cloud hosted environment support.
  • Has proficiency with scripting/coding using languages like Javascript, AWS Lambda or others.
  • Is comfortable working with formal processes that include deadlines and SLAs.
  • Clearly communicates feedback, concerns and takes direction within teams.
  • Track record of professionalism that has been demonstrated through the support of teammates, incident-free execution and has achieved respect of peers and clients.
  • Familiarity and track record of compliance with industry best practices around requests, incidents, change management, etc. (e.g. ITIL, ChangeGear/ITSM).
  • Familiarity with webhosting platforms and environments including content management systems.
  • Flexibility to participate in an after hours rotation duty and incidents as needed.
  • Track record of producing clear and transferable documentation.
  • Thrives in team environments both within the ITX and external client’s team.
  • Dedicated and curious with a mindset of lifelong learning.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. English proficiency is required.


It's a plus if the candidate has:


  • 2 years or more of IT security, risk avoidance, hardening, remediation, and best practices accomplishments.
  • Experience with web hosting framework utilizing Azure or other cloud environments (non-AWS).
