The incumbent will be responsible for IT project implementation, application development and maintenance activities on Listing systems.
- Work with vendor to design, develop and maintain case management application using Pega solutions that which adhere to best practices of the Pega platform
- Liaise with other IT teams, vendors, review deliverables and conduct technical testing in project implementation
- Analysis, design, providing solution, coding, testing, QA support and implementation
- Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities
- Prepare technical documentation
- Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years IT experience with 3-4 years of Pega experience, preferably in financial services industry
- Experience in developing Business Process Management (BPM) applications for the financial industry
- Solid background in software development and application/system integration
Knowledge of Pega best practices for workflow and form design
Holder of Pega Certification (CSSA/CSA) is an advantage
Experience in OpenText Documentum products is a plus
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
