Job Description

The Product Sales Systems Analyst collaborates with the RTP Admin, as well as the relevant business teams (Snow Sports, Tickets, Sales, Reservations, Marketing, Retail, F&B) and Information Systems team to ensure the company's product mix and sales/distribution strategy is met from a product development, sales, fulfillment and accounting standpoint. The goals of this role will range from increasing the profitability and sales of existing products, improving the customer sales journey to influencing the development of new products for the company. The position will act as one of the business liaisons for point of sales implementations, special projects, and product set up standards and influence of overall point of sale strategy. The position must also understand the accounting nuances between product set-ups, and be able to assist in account reconciliations with the finance team. The position must be able to build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on his/her industry experience and contact with customers and research.
The right candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. He/she must be able to communicate with vendors as well as all areas of the company. He/she will need to be able to work in a team environment previous experience with Aspenware Commerce and RTP|One is not essential, but is preferred.
* Responsible and accountable for accurate and standardized products sold in RTP|One and its related channels including the Aspenware eStore and Inntopia interfaces. This involves the maintenance of the revenue flow, sales locations, booking, fulfillment, pricing, date available, inventory, media, scanning, discounting, and vouchering of any and all products. Along with any request for updates and new product build.
* Oversight over creation of products and/or procedures that are developed as well as any other pertinent information related to products or promotions introduced to the Business Units. The Analyst needs to continually ensure that RTP|One, Aspenware Commerce and Inntopia are being properly utilized to meet business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
* Develops and maintains effective relationships with the Revenue Accounting, Marketing, Sales, IT, Guest Services and core users, Ski and Ride School, Rentals, Woodward, and all other resort businesses.
* Works closely with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure that revenue and accounting information is accurate and current.
* Assists in communication of all business decisions made in strategy meetings (i.e. price changes, new products, date changes, etc.) and ensures appropriate teams such as Tickets, Guest Services, Central Reservations, etc. receive the communication.
* Oversee RTP system security, ensure user security processes are defined, maintained and adhered.
* Coordinate product implementation timelines and set-up with marketing, reservations, sales, tickets and accounting.
* Spend time working directly with our guests to understand and implement the best possible usage of the system to enhance the guests experience.
* Coordinate new version and functionality testing, ensuring upgrades occur without interrupting business activity.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
* Respond to trouble ticket (Freshdesk), email and telephone requests for RTP|One and Aspenware Commerce systems support needs
* Document, track and monitor tickets to ensure timely resolution of all support issues.
* Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times. Follow the Killington Hospitality Guidelines while interacting with the guests and respond to all guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
* Respond to off hours support when called upon
* Perform other tasks as assigned.
Minimal supervision is received from the Information Systems Manager.

Associate Degree in an Information Technology or Finance discipline. Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Minimum time in related position-2+ years in an Information Technology, Accounting or Business Analyst function
* Microsoft Office advanced knowledge and understanding.
* SQL Relational Database knowledge and understanding preferred but not required.
* Point-of-Sale system administration experience required.
* Industry certifications preferred but not required.
