Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a project team to implement healthcare system
  • Tracking deployment and implementation issues
  • Provide supports on the planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, coordination, management on projects throughout the whole SDLC using agile approach
  • Analyze, design and implement multi-tier web application systems
  • Collect and manage user requirements
  • Perform business analysis and align system requirement to fulfill stakeholders concerns
  • Manage vendors on solution delivery and technical support
  • Perform system analysis by reviewing technical documentations and provide recommendations
  • Prepare technical documentations
  • Control software quality by applying different quality assurance methodology
  • Perform post-implementation analysis and reviews
  • Provide ongoing support with in-depth business knowledge, analyze system change request and escalate a support request
  • Actively involved in implementation of accounting system, preferable experience in Suns account system 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in healthcare IT project
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 1 years in System Analyst or equivalent
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Good command of Chinese and English with good communication and writing skills
  • Highly organized, good planning skill and the ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing priorities
  • Open-minded with initiative, self-motivated, independent character
  • Able to work independently to meet project deadline
  • Hands-on experience in SDLC, including requirement collection, design, coding, testing, documentation and database design
  • Mobile application development experience is preferred
  • Various development experience in different language & platform is preferred
  • Less experience will be considered as junior position
  • Experience in implementation of accounting system is preferred. (GL, AR, Bank Accounting, Fixed Asset) and Project Accounting
  • Recognized knowledge of accounting or experience will be an advantage
