In your new job you will:

  • Support technical Go-to-Market activities on application level to enable design-in and design-win (e.g. application notes, design guide, system simulations, demos, reference designs, support of trade shows)
  • Provide prototypes for customers on application level with system simulations, hardware and software builds
  • Take over lab measurements and be involved in automation activities
  • Provide technical application trainings to internal and external partners
  • Support innovations and know-how on system level via cooperation projects and customer engagement


You drive your tasks with engagement, passion and proactiveness. You are personally committed to the customer's concerns, awarding them a high priority and addressing them in our development projects. Your strong communication skills and teamplayer mindset support you in your work within interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable, ideally with focus on power electronics
  • 3+ years of working experience in the semiconductor or power electronics industry
  • System understanding and a background in power electronics and motor drive applications
  • Experience with lab measurements operating Scopes, DVM, power analyzers, but also soldering and assembling prototype boards
  • Experience with simulation tools (e.g. Simetrics, Matlab, Simulink) and math calculation tools (e.g. Matlabor Excel) as an advantage
  • Programming skills (e.g. embedded programming for MCUs, C#, Python, FPGA programming) as a plus
  • Fluent English skills required, German skills or willingness to learn it as a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G-H ( ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
