Department Overview
Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) team develops and supports software applications, databases and business services; manage test, release and process functions to ensure quality delivery of projects; deliver technical support services.

About the Role
The Identity and Access Governance (IAG) charter is to execute on the major initiatives for EIT (Enterprise Information Technology) with focus on the Access Management policy domain. The role is responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of the IAG initiatives, tracks and reports project and ensures completion of assigned actions. The role will also work across EIT to assess impact, elicit or influence requirements, establish and enhance governance processes, define or influence solutions, and develop various models and documents as needed, partner with associated working teams, and engage technical domains for mitigation, remediation and sustainment efforts.

Responsibilities
  • We provide services to EIT & EIS for the Information Security and Access Management domain.
  • Responsible for MRA Program governance within Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) that relates to engagement, governance and lifecycle management activities required to execute on Enterprise level MRA efforts to satisfy and align EIT with OCC and FRB identified deficiencies.
  • Will serve as liaison between stakeholder areas and technical organizations by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex problems utilizing rational risk-based prioritization methodologies.
  • Evaluation, refinement, and change control mitigation/remediation/sustainment for policy, control standards, control solutions, and risk processes (Q2/Q4/Ad Hoc)
  • Validation of Control Standard Solutions effectiveness and capabilities to support all relevant asset types/classes
  • Confirmation of EIT’s ability to comply with policy and mitigate/remediate where necessary including filing policy exceptions, CAs, policy CRs, expediting onboarding, building out interim solutions, and defining compliance plans in support of risk reduction/risk management
  • Execution oversight/governance from a program standpoint to ensure MRAs, MRAIs, CAs, and other risk initiatives are being addressed both from a scope, milestone, and sustainment perspective

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of total experience
  • Advanced knowledge in project coordination or business analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS-Office skills
  • Advanced/Expert with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivots and sliders)
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Willingness to work in US Daytime schedule
