Summary:
Implements, configures and plays a role in the design of complex systems for internal and external customers. Assists in performing analysis on existing systems as well as system maintenance. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.


Responsibilities:

Operational maintenance and management of real-time payments systems.

Deployments of software updates / upgrades to various levels of the application stack.

Troubleshooting and analysis of platform issues and message flows for real-time payments.

Working across teams for timely delivery of projects.

Report software issues to Product Development and work with PD to advise solutions which adhere to operational standards

Participates in engineering and configuring routine and complex technical solutions for applications/systems implementations and upgrades based on specific business requirements. 

Solutions may be new, existing, in-house, third party or a combination.

Engineers, configures, and assists in the architecting of moderately complex technical solutions for applications/systems implementations and upgrades based on specific business requirements. 

Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2+ years of technology design, architecture, infrastructure experience or related experience.
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting development and production environments.

General knowledge of Linux OS – Red Hat

Linux shell and python scripting skills

Experience with middleware components MQ, Apache, JBoss, Java servers etc.

General troubleshooting skills and log analysis.

Automation with Ansible, Groovy and Jenkins.

Containerization & Docker

Monitoring with Zabbix.
