RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Complicated Workday cases/issues handling (include EIB, issues solving, cases analysis and summary).

2.Basic Workday process data maintain (Hire, termination, job change, etc).

3.Workday adoption project support.

4.Daily communication with local customers, stakeholder service management.

5.Provide training to junior team member.

COMPETENCIES:

1.HR system experience on data maintain, system integration, data migration (Workday or other ERP system).

2.HR System process, and end to end process management.

3.Good communication skills and customer service mindset.

4.Japanese language level-proficient.

English Language level-Acceptable.
