What you can expect when joining the team
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Partner is at the forefront of our company's growth! In collaboration with your internal partners, you will use your experience to help PetalMD build the teams necessary to achieve our growth objectives.
Your daily life
Working out of Montreal or Quebec city, you will be led to:
Act as a strategic, operational and tactical advisor to your partners in order to properly target their needs and adapt the strategy allowing you to fill positions in an optimal and sustainable manner;
Perform the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, selection, candidate assessments, interviews, offer negotiations) ensuring an unparalleled candidate and manager experience;
Collaborate with your colleagues in the human resources department to build coherent and effective talent attraction strategies;
Build a network of professional contacts that will provide you with the agility you need to meet our changing needs (schools, associations, etc.);
Regularly contribute to the development of new concepts and techniques to acquire critical talent;
Act as an expert for recruiting events, including selection, planning, organization and follow-up;
Ensure the management and integrity of data within Recruitee, our ATS, ensuring consistency of processes, including compliance with provincial and legal requirements and corporate standards.
