Concentrix Catalyst is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work alongside our Talent team as we continue to expand the Catalyst team in Australia. In this role, you'll provide high-quality communication to create a great experience throughout the entire hiring and onboarding process. You will be a brand and culture ambassador who's not being afraid to play an active role in engaging with colleagues, starting a conversation and meeting people.

With offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, we are looking for TA Parters across all cities. We offer flexibility to work remotely, anywhere and head into the office as needed.

• Proactively source candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Inform and execute the recruiting and interviewing plan for open positions, including reviewing applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conducting pre-screening interviews
• Efficiently and creatively source quality candidates to fill open positions
• Work closely with the talent team, hiring managers and leadership team to improve sourcing strategies, reduce time to fill an open position and ensure a high-quality recruitment process
• Attend and organise networking events

• You know what to prioritise and you're so organised and reliable that you almost never drop balls.
