WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR We're seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Senior Specialist with a successful track record of defining and executing strategies to attract, manage and develop employees and teams based in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, by taking action while influencing key partners and leaders. You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON In the Talent Acquisition arena, you'll create and sustain effective methods and processes to identify, source and hire top corporate and retail talent for Nike’s business across the Southern Cone: Argentina, Chile and Uruguay as part of a global talent acquisition team. Your focus will be on both corporate and retail recruitment and as a people manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team of recruiters. As one team, you'll utilize innovative and effective recruitment methods that are designed to deliver a diverse pool of candidates to the business against aggressive timelines toward building a diverse bench of talent. Key deliverables for this role include developing sustainable strategies that will drive a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. You’ll consult with your business segment to drive talent attraction campaigns and employ innovative search strategies to attract top passive talent. You'll consult with HR and business leaders as the expert on candidate market trends, compensation recommendations and interviewing best practices. Important to this role is mapping talent, identifying candidate trends and innovation of process efficiencies. You'll provide subject matter expertise on Nike's recruitment processes and champion changes in process or philosophy. You'll utilise talent market insights and data to inventively engage, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring Nike’s most important asset - its people! In the Talent Development perspective, you’ll bring your knowledge of market trends, best practices and innovative ideas to continue promoting and fostering the development of our talented pool of SOCO employees. You will design, plan, organize and facilitate various talent management activities such as orientation sessions for new employees, corporate learning and training sessions, learning forums, etc. You will organize and support learning needs analysis exercises by administering surveys, organizing focus groups, or brainstorming sessions. You will also curate our local mentoring and coaching programs, plus driving a company wide talent management strategy. To do this, you will partner with local HR team and line managers who will contribute to driving relevant development and succession plans. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Latin America with a dotted line into the SOCO HR Director, also based in Argentina. You’ll work closely with teammates who support Talent Acquisition across Nike's Asia Pacific Latin America corporate and retail organizations including Sourcing and Talent Attraction and Engagement.WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE * University degree. * Minimum 5 years' experience, including developing diverse sources to generate talent, outreach recruitment, cold calling, internet and web searches, behavioural and competency-based interviewing and offer negotiation. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting along with a strategic mindset in order to develop a skilled workforce * Experience working in a corporate business environment, supporting a business looking for niche top talent in a highly competitive market * Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs and knowledge of compensation and benefits packages * Experience with performance management procedures * Demonstrate a high degree of independent decision making, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with aggressive timelines. You will have a clear vision and strategy to drive excellence in talent acquisition, with the flexibility to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements * Verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and English * Leadership abilities This position is open to local hire / domestic relocation only.
