We are looking for an Europe Talent Acquisition Partner, able to work on a multicultural environment, to communicate and to well-manage recruitment process.
Your primary focus will be recruiting for all the areas of the business, specially engineering.
You will be managing a high-volume requisition load to meet the ever-growing demands of Dematic.
You will advise and coach candidates and the business on Talent Acquisition Strategy.
You will work with different recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, Talent Networks, etc. (Workday a plus)
You will work daily with HRBPs and Hiring Managers as a true partner, advisor, and coach within Talent Acquisition.
You will analye data, set benchmarks, source candidates, work on strategy, understand Dematic's competition and more.
You will support and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team in South Europe.
