Our Asia region is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Manager for the Asia region, you will partners with in Office HR and Hiring Managers to provide talent sourcing and recruiting services to all aspects of the business in 8 offices including Shanghai, Beijing, HongKong, Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo, Sydney and Bangalore office. 

You will play an integral role in creating strategic planning and innovative solutions for sourcing and recruitment across the Asia markets in partnership with the in Office HR to attract and deliver active and passive candidates for both open roles and pipeline.
As brand ambassadors, you will apply a marketing approach to talent sourcing and branding by utilizing best in class recruitment technology and social media platforms. Someone with executive search expertise and experience in the Design Industry will the most preferred candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Asia talent sourcing and recruiting efforts

  • Develop and implement employer branding effort for the Asia region

  • Partner with HR Director, HR Managers, and Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies

  • Attend recruiting meetings with HR Director, HR Managers and hiring managers for current office needs

  • Network and engage with top talent through networking, social media, Linkedin, etc.and recruit them to Gensler

  • Work with HR manager to review applicants for open positions

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all candidates to keep them engaged through the hiring process

  • Research competitors and keep up with market trends

  • Coordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified applicants

  • Works collaboratively with HR Manager to schedule interviews and follow up with participants post-interview

  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System such as applicant status changes, audits requisition updates etc.

  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

  • Screen resumes and conduct phone screens, when necessary

  • Maintain applicant status changes through the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in talent sourcing and talent acquisition, must be able to demonstrate significant recent/past recruiting experience for Design industry

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Taleo)

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships
