An exciting role has become available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Teacher team in Brisbane. We are offering a full-time, 6 month fixed term contract (maternity leave).
Within this role you will provide support to our Centre Directors and Area Managers by assisting in the recruitment of high-quality team members.
About you –
Strong recruitment experience with demonstrated ability to develop strategic sourcing strategies, using non-traditional methods
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a timely manner
Thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy the full recruitment cycle.
Ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About the role -
Develop talent pools using contemporary talent acquisition methods and manage these using proactive and structured communication practices
Build and sustain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and employees to establish and maintain internal and external talent pools
Strong knowledge of how the talent acquisition team functions and how this role impacts on the success of Goodstart to achieve its vision, purpose and People Strategy
Promote Goodstart as an employer of choice to candidates through recruitment process and attendance at job fares, career expos and similar events
Expert knowledge of the competencies, behaviours and expectations for each role being recruited and ability to assess if candidates are the right person for the role and if not, determine where a candidate may be best suited
Sustain collaborative internal partnerships and purposeful networks to determine talent acquisitions best practice and to maximise opportunities to attract candidates to Goodstart.
