Purpose of the role

For our Talent Center of Expertise, we are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist APAC. In this role you are responsible for managing the full life cycle of the talent acquisition process from role specification through the employment offer and onboarding in the region. You make sure that you have enough candidates in the pipeline to ensure succesfull processes. Active sourcing and guiding of candidates, along with great internal stakeholder management are an important part of your work.

Next to succesfully hiring the right talent and leading the team, you are up to date with the latest tools and bring knowledge about new recruitment technologies. Together with our marketing and communication teams, you will also play an active role in our employer branding projects and make sure candidates get to know Bunge and find us as an employer! To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Owner of the full cycle recruitment process; advise management and guiding/coordinating the process
  • Develop selection criteria, candidate sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing, selection and ensuring pre-employment checks are completed
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners across Bunge to understand staffing, hiring needs, work environments and job profiles.
  • Proactively partner with hiring managers and HR BP’s to identify effective sourcing strategies with the objective of selecting the highest qualified candidates for each opening (stakeholder management)
  • Building talentpools/communities
  • Delivering a positive “candidate journey and experience”
  • Employer Branding projects
  • Lead/participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Support the Talent CoE to drive the process of delivering quality talent

Skills & demands

Our TA Specialist has a minimum BSc level of education and brings at least 5-10 years of relevant experience. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, an if you bring an extra language, that would be great! You act comfortable across all levels in an organisation (complex matrix) and have a keen understanding of the differences between the variety of roles.

You further bring the following skills:

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing and interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Sourcing/headhunting skills
  • Knowledge of social media, CV databases and professional networks (Linkedin recruiter seat is required).
  • Convincing and positive personality
  • Organizational skills and sensitivity competences
  • Pro active and hands-on
  • Service and results driven
  • ATS experience (preferably Successfactors)
