Role Overview:

Talent Development is a key focus for Salesforce in APAC. Due to internal promotion and growth, we have a unique opportunity for a senior, flexible and capable Talent Development Manager. This role requires someone with broad understanding and diverse experience of HR/OD/L&D programs to help map, develop and retain talent across our business.
You will partner with Employee Success (HR) Business Partners, our regional and global Talent Development teams and leaders throughout the business to identify, design, align, connect, integrate, develop and deliver programs for maximum impact. Significant experience across HR/OD/L&D accompanied by an ability to make the complex simple and prioritise for impact will be hallmarks of your previous success. Your unique blend of consulting, design, facilitation and execution (especially program/project management) will set you apart. Key Responsibilities:
+ Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships and influence at all levels across Salesforce, developing Talent Development profile and impact, promoting and aligning development activities and initiatives
+ Talent Planning – Partner with local and global Employee Success teams to support a consistent, effective and efficient organisational approach to mapping and managing talent for now and in the future
+ Talent Consulting – Provide internal consulting to help leaders and teams identify and solve key talent priorities
+ Program Management – manage programs and key projects to ensure delivery of performance and growth goals in line with quality expectations, time and budget
+ Program Design – provide innovative flair and engaging design to ensure unique learning experiences, impactful development, successful transfer, business impact, mindset shifts and personal evolution
+ Program Facilitation – first class presentation, facilitation and coaching skills across all levels, functions, formats and scale
+ Teaming – Work effectively as a local and global team player in a complex, matrixed and high-change environment

Essential Criteria:
+ Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder management and influencing skills
+ Deep and wide HR, OD & Talent Management experience
+ Full cycle L&D experience (10+ years) including innovative design and career development
+ Excellent understanding of and experience in Leadership Development, Culture and Change Management
+ First class coaching, delivery and facilitation skills
+ Desire and ability to work “top-to-tail” from strategic alignment through to detailed and hands-on execution
+ Effective in high-change, fast-paced environments and across functions/geographies (especially through APAC)
+ Ability to leverage organisation development frameworks and resources for practical application and impact
+ Solid commercial and organisational acumen, applied for alignment and impact
+ Role-models our Great Characteristics, demonstrating personal accountability, constructive thinking and emotional intelligence
Desirable Criteria:
+ Experience in a global technology company
+ People/Line Leadership and/or HR Business Partner experience highly regarded
+ Certification and experience with relevant tools/instruments for individual and group development
+ Excited about technology, and using social and mobile tools to get work done.
+ Demonstrated effectiveness in both start-up and established environments, ideally through transition
