Team Administrator - Property Economics & Research

The opportunity 

Our unique offering and strong growth have created the need for a talented Team Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is an outstanding communicator and a vibrant team player to join our Property Economics & Research team in Melbourne.

About You

As a Team Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive report formatting, preparation of tenders and visual presentations
  • Providing proactive and superior administrative support to the Property Economics & Research Directors and team
  • Diary management
  • Coordinating travel, client meetings and events
  • Database maintenance/data entry, and support in the management of document and record filing systems
  • Supporting the overall monthly project invoicing process
  • Providing technical support, where required, on the Urbis Practice Management system, including the set-up of projects and opportunities 

The successful candidate will have prior experience in professional services and demonstrate a combination of the following technical skills, attributes and experience:

  • Strong visual presentation skills
  • Fast and accurate production of quality professional documentation
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Self-confidence and the skill to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage and develop rapport with team members and clients
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • The ability to deliver results and meet our clients’ expectations
  • Minimum intermediate level MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in assisting in tender preparation is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in assisting in invoicing is preferred but not essential.
