The Corporate Information Technology (IT) team are currently seeking a CRM Functional Lead to develop a cutting-edge CRM solution with focus on customer experience and business intelligence on a 12 months contract.

In this new position your team will be combined of both, offshore and onsite resources as well as several senior business stakeholders.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Development and Support of a CRM end-to-end solution (on Premise and Cloud)
  • Work together with the development team to complete development tasks
  • Attend and contribute to solution design and peer review process for the required deliverables
  • Drive initiatives on customer experience that increases productivity of business
  • Provide Solution Road map in the CRM area (upgrade, enhancement pack implementation, CRM Cloud for customer) including the non-SAP products
  • Maintain and support existing solution
  • Proactively manage business expectations in relation to solution quality
  • Organise and execute User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Manage team using scheduling tool to ensure timely delivery of solution
  • Ensure a well-managed release without business process interruption
  • Provide continuous review and improvement of existing solution

As the ideal applicant you will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT or relevant discipline
  • ECC, CRM Functional, C4C and ABAP skill
  • Desire to drive in improving existing solution
  • A track record of having completed at least 5 implementations with signification deliverables which covered system enhancement or new solution. Example: development of CRM – ECC interface on Real Estate module or Development of CRM to Content Management System (CMS)
  • Qualifications in Project Management and SAP will be highly regarded
  • The ability to work with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external to the organisation
