Team Mission

Job To Do's

• You coordinate, communicate and oversee with all suppliers on Sourcing, Production, Progress and Quality processes and topics
• You develop a transparent evaluation of suppliers according to Quality, Cost and Delivery matrix and implement new measuring metrics
• You assume a consultant role for the complete Supply Chain and Risk Management of the Signature product (Adventcalendar)    
• You ensure implementation of KPIs and introduction of new processes for scaling upYou improve SP&Q processes in order to reduce lead times, costs and operational works and you create a life-cycle product tracking process implementation and automatization
• You work hand in hand with the Product Development and Design Team to support Amorelie's strategy and internationalization topics
• You coordinate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders for department topics

Skills

• You have a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration 
• You have several years of professional experience in the fields of sourcing, quality and production 
• You have experience with Quality Management Tools and Processes
• You have leadership experience and have already managed a team independently, with focus on the continuous development of your team
• You have high proficiency in Excel and a good understanding of ERP and MRP systems
• You possess excellent project management skills and also great communication and interpersonal skills
• You are knowledgeable in working with Lean manufacturing principles and tools
• You are fluent in English; fluency in German is a plus
