The Job

We are seeking to hire a top-notch Sales Professional to manage Retail Accounts, for a young and dynamic new-age industry leader.

This is an exciting role in the Media space that goes beyond routine sales. You will be required to originate, ideate and participate in the creative process to provide online, on-air solutions that deliver immediate impact and results.

As a Team Leader - Account Management for ad sales, you would be responsible for:

• Preparing deliverables for clients.
• Handling a team of 2-3 Account Managers and monitoring the team’s clients.
• Managing agency relationships: Identifying and maintaining a healthy client relationship.
• Interface clients in creating client briefs and ensuring timely deliveries
• Coordinating and integrating with the Programming and the Creative team.
• Making proposals, agreements.

We Need :

- A Thinking individual with 10-12 years of selling experience, extensive experience of Kolkatta market.

- Excellent communication skills

- Exposure to the Consumer/Media/Print/Online industries

- Ability to develop strong client relationships

- A demonstrated track record of success in meeting targets

- Capability to manage a team

- Understanding of products, customers and brands
