Responsibilities / Tasks

Join the new exciting part of our global HR Operations Team. To further enhance HR support to our employees and managers, our HR Operations Team is setting up a hub in Kuala Lumpur  that will cover our organisation in Asia. From that hub our HR Specialists will support our company in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Services, Employee Data Services, Reward Services, Learning Services, Employee & Manager Services and Payroll Services. You will be a part of our Employee & Manager Services team. In this role you will regionally lead the employee and manager services  and ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practise sharing within HR Operations.   • Regionally lead the employee and manager services within HR Operations, allocate respective resources, ensure that all services are fully covered all time and monitor performance targets
  • Establish a cost efficient set-up of the regional employee and manager services, identify and enforce improvement potential
  • Establish a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within regional employee and manager services under consideration of other HR operation functions
  • Supervise execution of employee and manager services strategy and processes
  • Implement global, regional and local products and services for employees and managers with a few to offer innovative services that could reduce costs and provide better service to customers
  • Establish and supervise employee and manager services with focus on local benefits services, compliance services, health services, labor relation services, grievance services and policy changes                                                                                                                                                                   
  • Lead Field HR Services for small countries

Your Profile / Qualifications

• College or University degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Experience in steering HR services for employee and managers in a HR Operations environment (> 5 years), in-depth understanding of the importance of service quality and delivery within the HR Operations function
• Enthousiastic to extend knowledge in HR service management both in terms of business trends and technology trends that influence the area
• Ability to coordinate internationally and/or culturally diverse teams and to delegate work according to business needs
