As Team Lead Tech Recruiting (f/m/x) you are responsible for the continuous development of recruiting processes. You will take over the leadership of your team and work closely with our MD’s as well as various other stakeholders. You define the recruiting goals for your team and shine with your distinctive strength in the areas of prioritization and efficiency.
Leading and developing the recruiting team consisting of tech recruiters
Leading briefing meetings with the hiring team for active searches by establishing credibility through expertise, providing market intelligence, explaining recruiting process, setting expectations, roles and accountability
Close communication with various stakeholders (internally and externally)
Supporting your team in the operative daily business
Adaptation and implementation of the recruiting strategy and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Monitoring HR trends and continuous improvement of the recruiting process
Development of job advertisements and direct approach of candidates
Support and sparing of the management in strategic questions
KPI-controlled analyses of our Tech-Recruiting and derivation of measures, e.g. funnel analysis, control of job boards and optimization of job ads
Being responsible for building and maintaining relationships and a great cultural environment within your team
What you will bring to the table:
You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on human resources or have a comparable qualification with at least 5+ years of professional experience
You have several years of expertise in recruiting (IT recruiting is a big plus) and already have leadership experience
You bring a large portion of interest, passion and commitment, especially for the field of technology
Proactive and conscientious way of working and strong communication skills
Structured mindset and data-driven decision behaviour
Excellent English communication skills as well as assertiveness and sociability, German is a plus
