The Role

Seeking a switched on and experienced Administration Team Leader based in Wangara.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives off working in a fast-paced role.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to site administrators or any site related activities including updates for clients as requested
  • Ensure month end invoicing and processes are completed within strict deadlines
  • Complete month end reporting including cost variance analysis
  • Create, administer, and receipt purchase orders and work orders as requested; liaise with payroll on any discrepancies
  • Oversee and assist in the weekly timesheet submission and approval for payroll
  • Continuous improvement - Review and introduce new processes
  • Assist in the implementation of a new CRM and time & attendance system for data capturing
  • Assist in the implementation of Inventory and Scaffold management system
  • Organise travel and accommodation
  • Monitor, organize and record income/outgoing freight and client correspondence
  • Generation of KPI, weekly reports as required
  • Adhoc Duties within the Administrative and Accounts functions as requested by Management
  • Organise training when required and maintain training records in conjunction with the HSE administrator

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Strong computer software skills MS Office including excel and outlook
  • Quantify and Pronto system experience desirable
  • High attention to detail – experience with high volume invoicing/ purchasing
  • Experience with TimeTarget/Human Force will be highly regarded.
