How will I help?
Based in Parramatta, as a Team Leader you will be a key Member of the Home Ownership Services Team within the Group Operations, Property & Commercial Services (GOPCS). The role will oversee a team of up to 20 credit assessors, managing their workflow and leading all people and process management to drive superior outcomes for our customers.
The focus of this role is to meet customers home lending needs through leading the business both strategically and operationally to supporting the leadership teams to deliver these outcomes.
You will also identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiencies, whilst motivating your team and heavily focusing on team culture and morale.

What do I need?
You will have strong experience in an operations leadership role, where you have managed larger teams and have proven your ability to drive results. A strong focus on culture is required for this role and a background in credit or mortgages will be highly desirable.
You will be responsible for: 
• Be responsible and actively participate in building a proud culture that is passionate and high performing in delivering improvements that exceed customer needs, financial targets and balanced with meeting compliance requirements. 
• Role model the leadership star, coach, and foster teams to be collaborative and high performing. 
• Implementing and achieving key business led objectives and ensuring consistency of process and service experience across all channels
