Your new role
This is a full time home-based role
Responsible for supervising the Retailer team in their day to day task.
Responsible for managing a Team, as well as providing effective guidance on a daily basis, accountable for achieving goals, exceeding all expectations from clients, to motivate and make sure each member follows and understands individual tasks and responsibilities.
Responsible for retailer’s inquiries, complaints, providing information about products, promotion and services and processing retailer transactions. To ensure in creating repeat business which generates sales for the company.
Responsible in ensuring team’s sales collections are being monitored
To achieve the objectives of this role, the incumbent is dependent on the following relationships:
Internal: This position has contact with retailer Sales Team
External: Customers, 3rd party vendors, Head Office
Your key responsibilities include
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
Perform Outbound sales and Inbound upsell to help team performance and ensure individual target are met.
Communicate clear instructions to team members
Distribute tasks to the appropriate personnel
Monitor Team Performance
Provide coaching and support for performance opportunities
Audit phone conversations for compliance
Generate reports for the Team
Generate sales to contribute for Teams target
Solve pending issues concerning orders and deliveries
Reconcile account transactions
Manage and control Lead lists and sales tracker
Process retailer payments in GM
Perform collections call
May perform other special duties or assignments as requested or required by the Operations Manager and Head Office team.
May also perform agent task as follows:
Responsible for generating sales from small to medium businesses and reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, checking delivery status and for offering promotional margins for Retailers. Is also responsible for handling Sales representative inquiries and Retailers concerns, complaints, providing information about products and services. Accountable for controlling and processing Sales representative and retailer transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position, you should have an experience working in a BPO/remote staffing setup, you will also ideally have:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management Business Administration, Operations Management or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience in operations in a supervisory capacity
In-depth knowledge and experience working in BPO/Remote staffing environment
Project Management experience
