About the Opportunity

Due to unprecedented growth, we are currently seeking a full-time experienced Administration Team Leader to join our friendly, professional team at our Head Office in Canning Vale, Perth. This important role has responsibility for office administrative tasks, policies and procedures and ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations in the office.

About You

To be successful you will be passionate about our values; be professional and friendly, and self-motivated.  You will be experienced in supervising office administration functions and a small administration team, be highly organised and able to multi-task, with outstanding communication skills and customer service.

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confidence to work both collaboratively and autonomously whilst taking initiative is essential.
  • Computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Sharp eye for detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and right first time
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Proven experience in the day to day supervision of administration team members.

Highly Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience of working for a similar sized manufacturing / construction business.
  • Qualification in  business and or office administration (preferable).
