ABOUT THE ROLE
The ITC & Services Team Leader for BeNeLux will ensure the planning, direction and supervision of all Maintenance activities for the existing contracts and BT RCS products, according to the customer needs for the reference markets of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, as well as the After-Sales market development (Sales Service) and the introduction of BT RCS products in the same area.
•Planning, direction and supervision of all Maintenance activities for the reference markets of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
•Responsible for after-Sales market development (Sales Service) and the introduction of BT RCS products in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
•Apply the correct management of the upgrading, modifications, repairs and delivery of spare parts for the reference markets of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
•Create and maintain relationships with the client's management responsible for Maintenance and After-Sales activities for the reference markets of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
•Respect the compliance with operating processes, quality, environment and safety in the area of its competence.
•University degree or equivalent through experience.
•Minimum 5 years of experience postgraduate in the technical management of the departments operating in the reference sector.
•Customer oriented and experience in negotiation.
•English, French and Dutch fluent (other languages are an advantage).
