Reporting to the State Manager VIC/TAS, the main purpose and function of the Assessing Centre Team Leader is to execute financial control relating to the repair and replacement of motor vehicles at the evaluation stage of a claim and facilitate settlement through repair or valuation (in the event of total loss) whilst providing our customers with a seamless, easy and excellent customer journey.
The Leader is also responsible for leading, developing and driving the assessing business via the Assessing team members who support the Laverton Assessment Centre and Non Drive functions.
This is a 12 month secondment role based in Laverton IAC.
