Working at NTT

You will be joining the Technical Architecture team within our Consulting department where you will be involved at all stages of a client transformation journey. Technical Architects are typically involved in three types of mission:

• Consulting engagements

You will lead or participate to Consulting missions with a predefined scope in which you will use your Microsoft Azure and Teams expertise to assess a client environment and help him build a technological roadmap all while collaboration with the other centers of excellence. You will do this by collecting (together with consultants of different domains) his business and technical requirements and determine the most ideal to-be situation.

• Coordination of complex projects

You will act, in closed cooperation with the Project Manager, as technical lead during the design and the implementation of complex projects focusing on Microsoft technologies. In that role, you will be the guardian of the technical coherence of the proposed solution and you will keep close contact with the involved engineers and your client counterpart to quickly identify risks and find solutions. You will also take part to the elaboration and follow-up of proof of concepts initiatives.

• Trusted advisor

Finally, you will leverage your knowledge of a Client environment and the trust relationship you have set up during earlier missions to continue advise him on how to better use their investment and define recommendations for the next steps of the client in his transformation journey.

You will also be responsible to present and adapt those approaches to clients in a presales phase together with the Sales team. You may also be involved as technical lead in the answer of complex RFP's.

What will make you a good fit for the role?

As a Microsoft Technical architect, you have:

Hard Skills

• Strong and proven experience in leading complex datacenter migration from on-premises to Azure as well as experience with full outsourcing projects.
• Experience in designing, deploying, and integrating Microsoft Teams in large organizations.
• Strong focus on security in all your designs and implementation, making use of concepts like identity & access protection, Azure Sentinel, Advance threat protection, …
• Experience in orchestrating complex solutions involving multiple lines of business and parties internal (solutions teams) and external (vendors and partners).
• Experience working in ITIL centric client environments.
• Working knowledge with AGILE development and associated toolset
• Solid knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, …
• Certifications like Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect (MCSA) Cloud Platform or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Cloud Platform or similar.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS700) or similar.

Candidates for this position will have:

• A minimum of 8 year of experience in IT with at least 3-year experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
• A degree / master in computer science or relevant diploma.
• The ability to obtain a NATO clearance.
• A driving license.
• Strong languages skill (English, French and Dutch)
