As a Technical Support Consultant – you’ll answer ‘Yes’ to the following questions:

In this role:

You will have the opportunity to learn about many interesting products, services and instruments that veterinary practices use to help their patients. We have a dedicated training team to help you on your journey and as an innovative company who invests in our market and our people, there is always something new and interesting around the corner.

What you will need to succeed:

To be successful in this role of technical support consultant you have an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping customers and solving problems. In our multinational team you will be responsible for helping our customers and support them using our products and equipment. You are someone who thinks outside the box to provide the best service possible. Building and maintaining strong relationships is something you value highly. Communicating internally and externally with people of different educational levels and in different languages, is something that comes naturally to you.

Do you speak English to a professional level and in addition also speak fluent Dutch? Do you enjoy proactively solving problems and thinking out of the box? Do you want to work in a friendly environment as part of a team dedicated to supporting each other and our customers?
