We are looking for a Sr. Tech Lead to join our engineering group to contribute in business-critical product development. Working to provide strategic direction of technology solution to meet business objectives. The role will require not just review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications ensuring alignment between customer expectations and current product capabilities, it also requires hands-on expertise to develop, test, and implement technology solutions ensuring delivery commitments.
Acted as Scrum master to set and work on SAFe practices.
You will streamline integration across projects, including task definitions, decomposition, and planning to ensure alignment of Thales best practices.
Project tracking and release planning.
Team member mentoring and guidance.
Project presentation to stakeholders including Product Management and Program Management.
Active coordination with Product Owners and Sales/Pre-sales.
Contribute innovative ideas for technical improvements and business opportunities.
Working with Product Management to give technical inputs on business requirements.
Handling customer escalation and be face for any technical questionnaire.
Working with the team to define technical architecture and design.
Doing code reviews.
Working with the team on POCs for multiple requirements.
Manage and plan product development according to requirements from Product Owner.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Excellent education pedigree with 10+ years of experience.
Must have hands-on experience on defining the architecture blueprints along with techniques to validate the design
Strong experience on detailed design and implementing application using Java / J2EE, JDK 8+, REST Webservices, PostgreSQL, Angular JS, Shell scripting.
Additional experience of low-level language C/C++
Knowledge in Security, Cryptography, Cloud, Linux.
Strong experience in designing Micro Services based architecture along with application containerization through Docker or any equivalent
Should have good experience with product based development and should able to define/articulate the NFRs (non-functional requirements)
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with teams and product managers
Open to learn new skills
