Job Title: Technical Program Manager*
Job Location: Wiesbaden, Germany
Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret Clearance w/SSBI

Trace Systems is seeking a Technical Program Manager with Network Engineering experience to join our team in Wiesbaden, Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the contract.
Oversee Network Engineering, Network Administration, Unified Capabilities (UC), Voice Engineering, Virtualization Engineering, Cybersecurity / Information Assurance (IA), and Systems Administration for MPE.
Responsible for engineering and sustaining a cost efficient Allied/Coalition mission network that is flexible, with robust cybersecurity, and allows for rapid creation and reconfiguration based on mission requirements that will be able to support day-to-day operations, exercises, and transition across all phases of military operations.
Manage Network Operations (NETOPS) to provision a persistent interoperable network with episodic and enduring capabilities to synchronize and coordinate coalition operations with NATO Allies and Regional Partners.
Manage operations and maintenance (O&M) support of MPE communications systems and networks.
Responsible for achieving service level agreements (SLA).
Minimum of eight (8) years experience leading complex network engineering programs, preferably with the DoD.
Minimum of eight (8) years experience leading enterprise IT service programs, preferably with the DoD.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Project, and Visio.
Eligible for Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA)
Position requires a current DoD 8750 IAT III certification
Position requires a current CCNP equivalent or higher certification.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification must be obtained within six months of hiring
Active, in-scope US Government issued current Secret/SSBI clearance is required.
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field is required.
