As a Technical Project Lead, you'll:

• Lead and support a skilled team of four developers in delivering bespoke software solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and detailed technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software/application issues effectively.
• Gather requirements, prepare technical briefs, and write specifications.
• Provide hands-on technical support to the team and customers.
• Manage product installation, training, and testing at customer sites.
• Continuously improve system architecture and propose innovative enhancements.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in C#.NET development.
• Happy to work 5 days in the CBD, leading on-site team
• Strong database skills, particularly with SQL.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with web-based development and integrating 3rd-party APIs.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
