How to contribute to our vision

  • Identify and develop relationship with customers. Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities for SGRE’s service products, e.g: maintenance contracts related to New Unit sales; renewals; other Original Equipment Manufacturers; bring backs Siemens Gamesa technologies; enable sales of Aftermarket products
  • Lead and deliver growth in sales and initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Services division.
  • Understand and utilize knowledge of the wind industry competitive landscape, as well as network with industry professionals and personal contacts to strategically and effectively pursue sales opportunities.
  • Manage external and internal clients relationship, developing & strengthening client loyalty by providing quality proposals & services, advise, support (commercial, technical, operative and administrative) and information that address client objectives.
  • Propose new ways of acting based on creative approaches, knowledge and the pursuit of excellence
  • Track and understand relevant energy policy issues both national and regional.
  • Carry out the representation of the company before official organisms and bodies, regarding performance or geographical scope.
  • Maintain projects metrics/measurements (KPIs) to ensure optimum efficiency and quality and develop a reporting process to utilize the metrics to drive operational improvements.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - Technical Studies or similar qualification
  • Experience of more than 4 years in wind sector or energy sector
  • Sales skills in order to approach technical solutions to customer needs and ability to execute for results
  • Business oriented and international mindset, strong influential capabilities
  • Collaborative mindset and teamwork oriented
  • Communication skills and proficient English level; German and/or Spanish would be an advantage
  • Integrity, maturity, initiative, pro-active, resourcefulness,
