Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with SQL/MySQL, JavaScript and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience or deep expertise working as a technical consultant on platform and/or monetization products (e.g. Google Ad Manager).
  • Experience with internet products and technologies with an effective technical aptitude.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects. You'll be focused on delivering excellent customer care and make sure things go smoothly for our customers across the globe when they need us most.

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and tools access.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products.
  • Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
