Minimum qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in a role directly in contact with clients, internal and/or external (e.g., technical consulting, sales engineering, support, help desk, etc.).
  • Experience with coding (e.g., Python, Java, etc.) and experience with SQL.
  • Experience with online advertising technologies.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, tailor them for non-technical audiences and present confidently.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Effective with prioritizing and handling multiple stakeholder deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities

  • Develop subject-matter expertise on the Google Marketing Platform and communicate technical aspects of our products to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Learn the business objectives of our clients, overcome technical constraints and develop actionable, results-oriented strategies for complex business problems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams internally to develop implementation plans, build and deliver scaled solutions for Google’s clients.
