Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience working with one or more core development language (Java, C++ or Python).
  • Experience working wiith HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
  • Customer facing experience, as a manager or individual contributor, leading technical engagements (e.g. consulting, project management, sales, implementation, technical sales).
  • Experience leading technical teams as a people manager or team/tech lead.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical field.
  • Experience managing technical services and operations.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple countries.
  • Experience with the ad serving industry, Internet technologies, data integration projects and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems/commands.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.

As a Manager for Technical Solutions Consultants, you'll manage a team responsible for processing partner suggestions, bugs, quality and other product information to ensure we are constantly improving partner experience, merchant experience and user experience. Your leadership will bring together the technical and operational aspects that cut across our product suite to deliver optimal support efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage a team of Technical Solutions Consultants with a demand based project portfolio.
  • Ensure alignment of objectives and resourcing with stakeholders in Business Development, Sales, Product Management and Engineering.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive and optimize the acquisition and technical onboarding of regional partners by leveraging existing and developing new tools and technologies.
  • Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges and guarantee the technical aspects of a partner’s integration.
  • Analyze and optimize the flow of partner acquisition and technical implementation processes, and improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams.


Due to the current health crisis related to COVID-19 and the escalating visa/travel restrictions in place, we're currently unable to extend offers to anyone who cannot work from India due to lockdown visa/travel restrictions, or other restrictive measures until further notice. Consequently, we will be prioritizing candidates who can start in this location by set date as expected.
