Role Title: Technical Support Analyst

Reporting to: Manager Business Enablement

Location: Jaipur, India

Role Purpose: The purpose of technical support engineer to help people carry out their work and achieve their objectives within an organization. Productivity and efficiency improvements using technology are the key focus.

Role Vision: The vision of the Technical support Department is to build a quality and comprehensive technology infrastructure, establish and maintain an effective operational environment, and deliver quality, prompt, cost effective and reliable technology services.

Role Expectations

  • Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions by understanding Admin logs/ server logs etc.
  • Understand basic knowledge over Grafana, Kibana & Admin logs.
  • Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
  • Diagnosing hardware or software faults.
  • Testing and evaluating system issues.
  • Ensures proper recording of known issues.
  • Responding to call in a timely fashion.


Skill and Qualifications

  • A technical graduation degree or equivalent
  • CCNA certified or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in network/server trouble shooting
  • Network Skills: TCP/IP protocol stack, Basic Routing Protocols, Basic Switching Protocols, Application-level protocols, Firewalls and VPN basics.
  • Tools: MS-Excel, MS-Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Grafana, Kibana, Power BI.
  • MS SQL Server, MySQL (Added Plus)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good grasping power to understand information in diagram form/ dashboards, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.

  • In addition to the basic qualification candidate should be passionate about trouble shooting/ quick diagnosing issues.
  • A quick learner
  • Good at communication, as the role requires to work closely with global teams.
