Report to Manager of IT Infrastructure and Production
Responsible for IT support, such as provide support to end-users, log their calls, and resolve, follow up, or escalate their technical issues
Communicate with support teams of the parent Group (in Singapore and Paris)
Install, maintain and administer servers and user workstations
Computer hardware and software testing, installation, maintenance and support
Maintain and supporting office automation, communication and conferencing systems, e.g. mobile devices, printers, fax machines, video conferencing, audio conferencing, projectors and presentation equipment
Responsible for routine IT operations, monitoring and maintenance, such as servers and network equipment
Monitor and maintain environmental systems in the Server Room, such as air-condition, water leakage detector, fire control and EMS alarming systems
Regular update security patches and antivirus software on workstations and servers
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT fixed assets, including PC, laptop, screens, servers and network equipment.
Maintain office security systems, such as door access, CCTV, security alarm
Produce routine reports, such as internet usage statistics, printer usage, monthly statements
Assist IT projects and ad hoc tasks, such as hardware or software migration, system implementation, user acceptance tests
Occasionally work after office hours, weekends, or public holidays, e.g. scheduled or emergency system maintenance
Other tasks assigned by Head of IT, or Manager of IT Infrastructure & Production
