• Assist in merchant visit for sellers with airway bill quality issues.
• Collaborate with sortation centre to identify the number or types of airway bill issues to initiate contact and visit sellers / merchants
• Inspect / troubleshoot sellers / merchants printers’ settings, paper / label quality other related tech issues.
• Recommend & follow up of actions to resolve & improve airway bill printing quality
• Responds to seller support requests and ensures that they are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally. Escalates problems as necessary to both internal and external parties
• Keeps the seller up to date on the progress of problem resolution
• Provides sellers with detailed remote access knowledge and documents complete trouble shooting information
• Updating self-help documents so sellers / merchants can try to fix problems themselves
• Responsible for on-site hardware & consumables inventory
• Provide right solution or advice to sellers on printer procurement suitable for seller operations
• Installation & Configuration of a company’s barcode scanners, operating systems as well as applications.
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
• Logging the problems & queries of internal users as well as external users (DOP)
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Assist in raising tickets to tech team for system, operating system related issues / enhancements & monitoring outcome.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Performing audits / checks on the company’s barcode scanning equipment.
• Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
• Work with Regional Tech for support and solutions

Job requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical problem solving related to printers, presenting technical information and operational system upkeep / maintenance.
• Prior experience in managing or resolving issues at customers’ site is an added advantage
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, being tech savvy and able to manage operational systems issues.
• Able to keep track and safeguard required records as well as logs
• Good seller / customer management skill
• Commitment to obtain solution and troubleshoot issues on time
• Fast learner, assertive and proactive
