We have created an additional Sterility Assurance Technician role reporting into the Sterile Manager. The Sterility Assurance Technician will provide the vital link between Microbiology and Sterile Production. In short, you are expected to carry out tasks required to monitor microbiological environmental and personnel monitoring testing. As Sterility Assurance Technician, you will work 8.5 hours shifts in a 5 day roster (Tuesday to Saturday). You will train and coach Sterile Technicians ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are maintained. You will be involved in cross functional improvement projects liaising with Validation, Engineering, QA, Packaging and other departments. What do we require from you?
A technical/scientific diploma or degree and at least 4 years experience in a pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing role is essential. You have demonstrated the ability to bring process improvements into a manufacturing facility and you have a strong affinity with microbiology. Moreover, you are a team player, you are responsible, you are passionate about making safe products and you strive to make an impact.
