JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator \(Temporary 9 months\) \(m/f\)
LOCATION: Tullamore, Ireland

At our manufacturing site in Tullamore, Ireland, 400 employees are producing a broad range of medical devices and disposables\.The Project Technician will be responsible for documentation development, systems user, project coordination and product qualification testing related to critical plant projects at the Tullamore site\. The role with involve working closely with team members from different departments\.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Agile administration
- Reviewing and updating procedures/documents \(GS, FS, RM, etc\.\) as required\.
- Generating and progressing change orders in Agile\.
- Tracking and reporting on open changes within the Agile system\.
+ BPCS LX administration
- Co\-ordinating and updating file maintenance,
- Set\-up of part numbers and item codes
- Manage all type of BPCS LX File Maintenance \(FM\) documentation
- Follow the FM tracker and approvers\.
+ Support and complete the product testing and documentation for engineering trials that are necessary to provide supporting information for qualification\.
+ Support the product and process validations conducted during entire project\.
+ Providing the Project Leader/Manager with task updates on a regular basis\.
+ Working with Site ‘My Learning’ Administrator to ensure training on updated procedures is assigned in line with CW requirements\.
+ Assist in the maintenance of a safe company culture by working within the company’s environmental, health and safety guidelines and Safety Cardinal Rules at all times\. Report any hazards, equipment or process issues in line with plant escalation procedures\.
+ Ensure quality in all aspects of work by following relevant Standard Operating Procedures \(SOPs\) and Standard Work Instructions \(SWIs\) and maintaining compliance with cGMP, Good Documentation Practice \(GDP\) and Quality Cardinal Rules\.
+ Work to improve our quality culture through compliance with the Quality Begins With Me programme \(‘See Something, Say Something’\)\.
+ Complete all identified training and development activities as required including allocated ComplianceWire courses
+ Adhere to company policies, procedures and plant key behaviours as notified\.
+ Carry out additional duties that may be assigned to you\.
EXPERIENCE
+ Experience in the use and understanding of computer systems essential\.
+ Experience in the use and understanding of BPCS and Agile is preferred\.
+ Have an understanding of the product and process flow within Covidien Tullamore\.
+ Strong contributor to team performance
+ Good written and verbal communication skills and a sufficient level of spoken and written English to carry out the duties of the role\.
+ Experience of working to targets or deadlines, with an excellent work ethic and good attention to detail\.
+ Ability to work with cross\-functional teams, including production, finance, quality, engineering and materials\.
+ Organised and resourceful with excellent attention to detail and ability to get the job done
+ Commitment to work within the ethos of the Medical Devices & Supplies Guide to Compliance and Quality Manufacturing and Guide to Business Conduct\.
+ Must have an excellent record of attendance and timekeeping
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification is required\.
+ Understanding or experience of GMP environment, regulations and change management is required\.
