Roles and Responsibilities: •You will be responsible for undertaking a range of requirement gathering activities. You will also be required to conduct investigations, undertake specialist or technical research and analysis activities, or provide professional advice within an area of specialization based on systems knowledge
•you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
•You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution.

•You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

•You will be responsible to map requirements with business benefits and product capabilities.
•You will also play a critical role in Design, testing and Training phases of the implementation
Essential: •Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
•At least 4-6 years of experience in CRM domain.
•Good understanding of Telecom business processes such as Order management, Fulfillment, Billing and Assurance to be able to translate business requirements to system requirements and perform impact analysis of changes in requirements.
•Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating application features to business users and drive/participate in prototyping solutions.
•Experience in performing the requirement fit gap analysis with product capabilities and defining configuration vs customization options
•Should be able to create Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents along with traceability matrix.
•Ability to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification
•Knowledge of implementation best practices and should be able to configure and work along with rest of the team to build /configure the solution.
•Good knowledge of Agile implementation methodologies
•Experience in CRM implementations and global rollouts.
Preferred: •Telecom Domain knowledge
•Certifications in sales cloud, service cloud
•Experience in Process reengineering
•High quality awareness
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
